What you should know

Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online. For small objects Le Chat Sorcier offers you the possibility to reduce your shipping costs by using a non-tracked service (La Poste - Priority Post) but no claim for the loss of untracked shipments will be entertained.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Le Chat Sorcier will not be held responsible for any delay realting to the functioning of La Poste , nor in case of any deterioraton or loss of a parcel or letter.

In accordance with current legislation, you are entitled to cancel your order for a period of 14 clear days after reception. Subsequent to this date, no requests for exchange or refund will be considered. Le Chat Sorcier commits to refunding you, within 15 days of the date of reception of the goods. Refunds will be made via Paypal, or by cheque, if you paid for the original order by cheque. Shipping costs relating to the purchase and the return remain at your cost. In the circumstance where delivery costs of the original order were free, as a result  of an order being in excess of €75, the actual shipping costs paid by Le Chat Sorcier will be deducted from any sums refunded. No request for payment on delivery will be entertained, whatever the reason. Articles returned incomplete, opened, damaged or soiled will not be accepted. To be accepted, our Customer Service should be notified of all return requests in advance.
